RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
1. Basic Rules
1.1 Unconditional Return
We accept 14-days unconditional return of product, as long as the product is unopened and unused, you can apply for return within 14 days of receiving your order.
1.2 Defective Return
If you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong product(s), or you are not satisfied with the effect, contact us within 60 days from delivery date.
2. Request to Return
2.1 Contact us at support@beautygeb.com to describe your reasons for return in detail.
2.2 For Unconditional Return, please contact us within 14 days from delivery date, and confirm that the packaging is intact and the product has not been used.
2.3 For Defective Return, please contact us within 60 days from delivery date, and describe your reasons for return in detail, best to come with pictures.
2.4 We will respond your email in 24h.
3. Returns
3.1 You need to return product(s) when you choose Unconditional Return.
3.2 Once we agree to return, please return the product(S) within 14 days, and confirm the product(s) is(are) unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. Since our products are considered a hygienic product, we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened or used products to be returned for the safety of all our customers.
3.3 If there are any samples, gifts, and accessories, you need to return them together.
3.4 DO NOT return product(s) to the manufacturer address, we will let you know our local warehouse address to return by email confirmation.
3.5 You need to pay your own shipping costs to return, we don’t accept freight collect package.
3.6 Defective Return no need to return the product(s).
4. Refund
4.1 For Unconditional Return, we will refund you after we receive the returned product(s) and confirm that its condition meets the return standards.
4.2 For Defective Return, we will refund you immediately after confirming the defects.
4.3 We will refund the actual value which you paid for order(s), will not refund for any samples, gifts, freight, tax.
4.4 All refund will be provided to the original method of payment, unless we discuss and agree to other refund methods.
4.5 Most refund will be processed in 3 to 5 business days by the financial institutions, if there is any problem you can contact us to help you to confirm. For more information, we recommend to contact your credit card provider or other financial institutions.
5. Cancellation of Purchase
All sales are final. Order(s) cannot be canceled or changed once you paid. Please confirm all information before you completing payment. If you don’t need the product(s), you can request Unconditional Return after you receive it.
